It starts
Pick a time for a 1-hour Assessment video call. Free, and no pitch.
Included
We walk a few of your real workflows: who does them, the tools they live in, the pain points. Each is weighed for fit, rough cost and risk, against three options: build, buy, or do nothing.
You keep
An initial AI Assessment Roadmap within two days of the call: the first workflow worth doing, what comes next and why, rough cost and risk. Yours to use with us or on your own.
Who it is for
Owners and operators of roughly 20 to 500 people, with a thin AI team or none, who want a clear-eyed read before committing budget.

Deeper services: a fixed quote before any contract is signed.

It starts
We take one workflow that is costing you real hours and scope it with you, with a fixed quote before any contract is signed.
Included
An end-to-end production AI workflow, installed in your stack. Integrations with your existing tools, no rip-and-replace. Guardrails, fallbacks and human checkpoints where they matter.
After launch
30 days of post-launch tuning. We watch the system together, fix what needs fixing, and adjust thresholds.
You keep
The working system and a documented hand-off: what it does, why it works, where it can fail. Keep us on, or take full ownership.
Who it is for
Teams with a clear, repeatable process that has outgrown manual effort.

AI-Native Web / App Build

A website or internal application with AI built in from day one. Not bolted on later as an afterthought.

It starts
We design it AI-native from the first line, scoped with you, with a fixed quote before any contract is signed.
Included
One product, designed and engineered with AI in every layer. Content, copy, and on-page AI features done together.
Deploy
A production deploy on Vercel or Cloudflare, with monitoring, then 30 days of post-launch tuning.
You keep
The production application, its documentation, and a team trained to keep running it after we leave.
Who it is for
Businesses launching a new product, or rebuilding one, where AI is core, not cosmetic.

Consulting

You don't need a build right now. You need someone in the room when AI decisions get made.

It starts
A standing seat in your AI decisions, with regular working sessions alongside you and your leadership.
Included
Vendor evaluation, build-vs-buy calls, and RFP review. AI strategy and roadmap planning tied to your business goals. Strategic guidance for your executive leadership.
Neutral
We tell you what tool fits, not what we sell, including when an off-the-shelf product beats a custom build. We get paid by you, not by tool vendors.
You keep
An AI strategy and roadmap tied to your business goals, and a trusted partner in the room for every call.
Who it is for
Leaders making ongoing AI calls who want a trusted partner rather than a one-off project.

Custom AI Agents

AI that takes action, not just answers questions. It handles the email back-and-forth, looks up the data, drafts the response, and books the meeting.

It starts
We design the agent around one job, end to end, scoped with a fixed quote before any contract is signed.
Included
Tool use, integrations, and access to the systems the work lives in. Guardrails, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints, so it runs unattended where it should and asks for help where it should not.
After launch
30 days of post-launch tuning, watched together.
You keep
A production agent and an operator dashboard so you can see what the agent did and why.
Who it is for
Teams who have proved AI helps and now want it operating a workflow end to end, not just drafting suggestions.

Training

There is a gap between the AI capability you pay for and how your operators apply it to the work in front of them.

It starts
We build the curriculum around the workflows your operators actually run.
Included
Hands-on workshops, delivered live with your tools and your data: prompting, tool use, and AI quality checks for operators. Optional 1:1 sessions for leadership or specific power users.
You keep
Operator playbooks and reference materials your team keeps using long after the sessions end.
Who it is for
Teams that have rolled out AI tools but are not getting the productivity gains the demos promised, and leaders who want their operators to own AI, not just dabble with it.

Before you book.

How does pricing work?
The AI Assessment is a free 1-hour video call. Deeper services are scoped with you and priced once we agree on the work. We share a fixed quote before any contract is signed, so there is no clock running and no surprise invoice.
How fast can a build ship?
Custom systems can take two to six weeks depending on scope. Some high-value implementations can be in use within our first week. We will not quote a timeline we do not believe in.
Which AI tools and vendors do you deploy?
Whichever we agree are the best fit for your business. We get paid by you, not by tool vendors, and we will tell you when an off-the-shelf product is a better fit than a custom build.
Will our team be able to run it without you?
Yes. Every implementation produces technical documentation that you own. Your team gets the operator playbook, the dashboards, and the access. If your team cannot run it without us, we have not finished the job.
What if the system underperforms after we go live?
Every build includes thirty days of post-launch tuning. We watch the system together, fix what needs fixing, and adjust thresholds. If something is fundamentally off after that, we work with you on a plan to get it right.
Start with the Assessment, or go straight to a build?
If you already know which workflow you want shipped and have the data to support it, we can scope a build directly. Most engagements benefit from starting with the Assessment, so we build the right things for the operational reality of your business.
