Assessment

One hour. An initial AI Assessment Roadmap.

A 1-hour video call. We walk a few of your real workflows, talk through pain points, and decide what to do first, what comes next, and what it would roughly cost. No pitch.

You get an initial AI Assessment Roadmap within two days of the video call: the first workflow worth doing, what comes next and why, rough cost and risk, and whether Foundry is the right party. It is yours to use with us, with someone else, or on your own.

Who it's for

  • Businesses of roughly 20 to 500 people.
  • A thin AI team, or none at all.
  • One or two workflows eating hours every week.
  • Owners who want a straight read before committing budget.

Who it's not for

  • Hobby projects.
  • Agencies looking for a subcontractor.
  • Enterprise teams with in-house ML.
  • Anyone who wants a vendor endorsement rather than a straight read.

What to bring

  • One or two workflows: who does them, how often, and how long they take.
  • The tools those workflows live in.
  • Rough numbers: hours per week, people involved, cost of a mistake.
  • Someone who can act on the roadmap.

What the hour covers

  • Your business and the workflows in play.
  • Each workflow walked for fit, rough cost, and risk.
  • Options (build, buy, do nothing) with rough cost.
  • The next step, if there is one.

What "not a fit" looks like

If it is not a fit, we say so on the call and in the roadmap. You still get the roadmap. Common reasons:

  • The workflow is too small to be worth automating.
  • The data is not usable yet.
  • An off-the-shelf tool already does it.
  • It needs in-house ML.

Proof

No public case studies yet. The Assessment is scoped so you leave with an initial AI Assessment Roadmap either way.
