How does pricing work across our services?
The AI Assessment is fixed at $750 over three days. Our deeper services are scoped together with you and priced once we agree on the work. We share a fixed quote before any contract is signed, so there is no clock running and no surprise invoice.
How fast can a custom service realistically ship?
Custom systems can take two to six weeks depending on scope. But some high-value implementations can be deployed and available for use within our first week. The honest answer depends on the depth of the integration and how quickly your team can get us access to the systems we will be working inside. We will not quote a timeline we do not believe in.
Which AI tools and vendors do you deploy?
Whichever we agree are the best fit for your business. We are vendor-neutral on principle. We get paid by you, not by tool vendors, and we will tell you when an off-the-shelf product is a better fit than a custom build.
Will you train our team to operate the system after implementation?
Yes, every implementation produces technical documentation that you own, whether or not you wish for Foundry Labs to maintain the services after implementation. Your team gets the operator playbook, the dashboards, and the access. We document what the system does, why it works, and where it can fail. If your team cannot run it without us, we have not finished the job.
What happens if the system underperforms after we go live?
Every custom service includes thirty days of post-launch tuning. We watch the system together, fix what needs fixing, and adjust thresholds. If something is fundamentally off after that window, we work with you on a plan to get it right.
Does the system live in our stack or yours?
Some systems or automations may require implementation in your environment for proper functionality and information security. Other services, such as an autonomous AI assistant or worker, are best deployed using a cloud-based service, which we can deploy and manage for you.
Is the assessment the right place to start, or should we go straight to a build?
If you already know exactly which workflow you want shipped and have the data to support it, we can skip the assessment and scope a build directly. The majority of engagements will significantly benefit from starting with the assessment, which pays for itself by ensuring we are working towards the same expectations and building the right things for the operational reality of your business.
